Order cancellation policy
We always strive to provide our customers with the best products and ensure that every order is processed quickly and reliably. However, there may be cases where a customer needs to cancel their order after 24 hours of placing it. In order to ensure that customers are served the best, we have defined the cancellation policy as follows:
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Customers need to contact our customer support team to cancel their order via email email@example.com.
- After the order has been canceled, the customer will receive an email confirming their order cancellation.
- The amount of the refund will be equal to the total order amount of the order.
- After 24 hours from the time of placing the order, the order cannot be canceled.
Refund, Replacement and Refund Policy
Because our products are custom printed and highly personalized, we only accept refunds and replacements of your order if an item you received has major problems.
From the date of receipt of the goods within 30 days, you must request or notify us of a refund or replacement of the order for the following main reasons:
- Products damaged due to manufacturing defects, items damaged or lost in transit.
- Items do not arrive after 30 days of order.
- Print quality is blurry or far from the picture on our website.
- The product received is not what you ordered.
- Design or size is different from your order. Please note that the advertised image may differ slightly from the actual item in color due to the light of the photo or monitor’s display. Therefore, please allow about 10% difference between the advertised image and the actual item you receive.
- For personalized products, we are not responsible for compensation if you submit poor quality photos (smaller resolution than we require) or mistyped content.
If the problem is serious, we may choose to refund or replace the item at your request. In this case, the product may be kept in your possession.
If your purchase meets any of the above criteria, please contact us and provide the following information:
- Video or image of the defective product.
- Description of the fault or damage.
- Delivery address
- Contact phone number
- Ask if you want a refund or a replacement.
If you request a refund, please keep the item and send us a request. After we receive and inspect your return or refund, we will send a review and notify you. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund within 2 days. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days, or if your replacement request is approved, a tracking number for the replacement product will be sent to you within 7 days.
If you still have not received or received not enough refund amount please check your bank account first, then contact them to check when the official refund amount will update (via usually takes 3-5 days). If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
We refuse to refund and replace in the following cases:
- Damaged products are not caused by manufacturing or shipping errors.
- The customer changes his mind or refuses to receive the goods.
- Customer provides missing or wrong delivery address.
- The carrier confirms that the order has been delivered but the package is damaged or lost due to security at the delivery area.
