What is the shipping cost?
- Shipping details for US domestic: 8.5 US dollars
- Shipping details for countries outside the US: 12 US dollars
What is the estimated delivery time for orders?
We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Please note: Estimated shipping time does not include processing/production time!
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
All of our products are made-to-order and printed to order specifically for you, so they’re going through the manufacturing process, so there’s a Processing Time on them.
On average, goods are manufactured and shipped from our facility 3-6 business days after purchase.
Standard shipping/shipping times apply 5-10 business days for domestic US and 15-25 business days for international.
Thus, the total estimated delivery time for orders delivered within the US is from 8-16 days, for international orders is 18-31 days.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes, we will send you the tracking number by Email. If after 6 days of placing your order you still have not received the tracking number please contact us.
When do I receive the tracking number?
The average time you receive the tracking number is 6-8 days.
Why am I not receiving any order confirmation details?
Most of this is because our customers accidentally entered their email incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 3-4 emails, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you think you may have entered the wrong email contact us.
Tax?
International customers (outside the US) are responsible for paying customs duties/taxes/VATs to their governments when the product arrives in their destination country.
